CNN Hero Pushpa Basnet Returns Home

After winning the greatest award and title, CNN Hero of the year 2012, an all-star tribute, Pushpa Basnet is back home from the US. Pushpa was warmly welcome in Tribhuwan Airport, Kathmandu.
Pushpa runs a day care fro the kids under 6 and butterfly home where 40 children gets education, medical help and much more. She is taking care of the children of those parents who are in jail for certain reasons.
Pushpa was entitled to $ 300,000 to continue her work. Anuradha Koiralawas the first CNN hero from Nepal. Congratulations Pushpa Basnet.
